Join the Hellenic Society of Maine for a rollicking frolic along the astronomical and mythological firmament. Instead of having to travel to a planetarium, the “planetarium” is coming to you. This “Greek Mythology in the Night Sky” will be conducted on Zoom. Edward Herrick-Gleason had narrated thousands of sky tours and astronomy shows before he left USM, where he was the managing director of the Southworth Planetarium. He had established himself as the local media’s go-to expert for all things astronomical. He is currently a contributing writer to Astronomy Magazine and a columnist for the British magazine Astronomy.
