Join Yiannis and Taxia, owners of the Tropicana Restaurant in Molyvos, Lesvos, Greece, for fun and productive sessions on cooking Greek dishes via Zoom. Taxia will send an ingredient list for the dish several days beforehand, plus directions for what to do in advance.
Once the Zoom session starts at 10 A.M., you’ll follow along as Chef Yiannis cooks the dish. Taxia will handle the Zoom link and answer any questions. Invite friends to come for lunch to share your Greek creation!

Only 12 participants per session. You can do both sessions or only one.
$20 per session must by paid by Jan.16 for Cooking Class #1, or by Feb. 13 for Cooking Class #2.
Both classes will focus on main courses. The Jan. 24 class will feature “Imam”,a luscious eggplant dish. The Feb. 21 class will feature “Gemista”, a baked stuffed vegetable dish, such as tomatoes, peppers and eggplant.
A Zoom link will be sent to all participants prior to the event.
